last year we stayed in town at the Embassy Suites which was a 2 block walk from all the downtown madness activities that were going on and another block and a half to a cool ass blues bar named the Slippery Noodle and it is a historical building also...it was nice accomodation and really didn't take long at all to ride to the track everyday...

unfortunately I will not be there this year and hopefully better weather will prevail!

Gonna be there with the Monster Energy group as they were nice enough to give me a couple of VIP passes.
I was really debating about riding down but 7 hours of slab doesn't appeal to me with hardly a turn to be had.
I may trailer the Duc down though and ride from the hotel. Staying at the Embassy Suites on the NW side of town almost straight north of the track but will most likely make it downtown for some stuff.
