New S2R for my better half

My wife and I started riding together about 5 years ago. We live in Duvall, Washington nestled in the foothills of the Cascade mountains. Some of the best roads for motorcycle riding in the state are right outside our back door.

When we started, we both bought Moto Guzzis and have enjoyed them thoroughly but over time, she's come to like the riding position of her Nevada 750 less and less. The cruiser design puts too much weight on her tailbone and at speed she has to constantly pull herself forward against the wind pressure. She's always admired my Breva 1100 and felt it was time to switch to a naked standard as well.

We looked at every bike in the class and she kept coming back to Ducati. Finally, this week we bought a 2005 S2R for her. Since I'm her maintenance man, I'm looking forward to learning about all of the things I'm doing wrong from you bunch.
