Hope everyone is OK today - saw dark monster possible wreck

Leaving SF today around 4PM I saw what looked like a dark monster with messed up handlebars at 9th and Bryant in front of Bed Bath Beyond and there were some emergency vehicles about.  Hope nobody was hurt. 
Current ride - Triumph Thruxton (don't hate, Ducs still #1)
