A few years ago, she had a 750 Dark, and I was signed up to a forum, but cannot remember if this is the same one. The Monster has come a long way in the last ten years, but is still familiar and a great bike, especially for my wife, who, while being an accomplished track rider, is very small and has a hard time with bikes with higher seats.

I look forward to reading and learning more about the bike and the members here. Thanks! -Michael

Welcome to both of you [thumbsup] (Don't you ride yourself?)

The other board/the old board (TOB) was probably Ducati Monster List, which was sold to a company with interest in commercial revenue rather than maintaining the social and supporting ambiance that was TOB. Moderators and the back bone people left and created this place. We're very happy they did - I'm telling people that TOB and later this place have doubled my ownership value (and the cost....)

BTW we love pictures - any of the bike? (there are tutorials on how to post pictures)

Yup, I ride. My street bike is a '01 ZRX1200, and my track bike an '06 636. My wife's track bike is a '07 CBR 600. Here are some pics...

Gotta disagree. Gina is first. They made plenty of motorcycles, but only one Gina  ;)

....and the ZRX is my favorite bike, then 695, 636, 750M, CBR600

The ZRX is a torque monster. ;D The Ducs look and sound cooler, however

Thanks for the welcome. She will most likely sign up soon. I was getting a head start looking for some mods that interest her. I'll let her know about the women's forum. She is always looking for other women with which to ride, especially at the track [thumbsup]

We have fun riding together and she rides with my friends when I am working, but I am sure she would rather ride with the girls some ;D

Just wondering if you've ever tracked the Monster? I know the suspension isn't that great on them but I was considering taking my S2R to the track.

There's quite a few of us on the board who have tracked Monsters.  It's not an ideal track bike but still fun to do and a good way to learn more about your bike. [thumbsup]

The pic with Gina on her 696 was it taken in the house? and in front of a great looking painting.
I have had a hard time finding motorcycle art like yours without some form of advertizing or cheezie affect killing the image.
Where did it come from?
