Hey guys,

sooo, I'd like to introduce myself as well. Another immigrant from that ominous DML page...same username, btw. Alright then, my name is Stephan (26) from Germany (draw a line between Hamburg and Cologne, I'm located right in the middle). Since I'm still a student (MSc and diploma in computer sciences and applied numerical mathematics) all I can afford atm is a 94 M900 that I've been riding for 2 years now. My only bike so far. But to be honest... I'm glancing at a nice 1198s or thelike. Not now..but soon! :)

So long, good times ahead I presume.

Welcome Stephan [moto]

I too have my eye on a Superbike, some time in the future...

From your username - do you like the 911? I had one ages ago, loved it almost as much as my Monster.

Cheers!
A Ducati 911? Never heard of that, to be honest.
And to be honest for the second time: I've been using the 911 suffix for so long that I hardly remember why I use it. Either the emergency call 911, the Porsche 911 or the 9/11 attacks...   [wine]

Welcome Stephan, glad you found your way here. [thumbsup]

I'm pretty sure stopintime was referring to the Porsche 911. ;)

Hope you are enjoying your M900.  I got a chance to ride a rental bike (F650GS) around southern Germany a couple of years ago, loved the roads. [beer]

We'd love to see pictures of your bike if you have any to share.

Good luck with finishing your degree and the future bike shopping! :)

Thx somegirl, I'm already saving. I can already pay the tires, ha! :P

Yeah, the roads in southern Germany are dreamy. I mean, the Alps + foreland is where it's at. My sis is living in Heidelberg and it's already jaw-dropping. The roads in my part on the other hand... we got nice on-ramps and exits! :)

Got some pictures, too. The exhaust brand is called Roads Italia btw. Me likey, me noisy  [moto]
