NYS DMV TVB Online E-PLEAD

Got another ticket last week for no visor AGAIN. Lets not talk about it. I always seem to get in trouble with my tickets.

Anyway, I answered online and requested that I be notified when it gets entered into the system.

It says that I will be notified if it it

1) gets posted within 61 days
2) If another ticket gets posted
3) if it does NOT get posted within 61 days.

So what happens if it doesnt get posted within 61 days? Am I free to go?
