Anyone have the maintenance scedule for the 2004 S4R?

I realized that my paperwork is lacking the "warranty card" that tells when and what to replace at various time/mileage intervals.  Aside from the full service every 6000 miles, what is supposed to be done?  Any help appreciated.  A link to PDF would be great or...?
'04 S4R (996 Motor)
-Arrow CF Exhaust
-RaceTech Gold Valve suspension F/R
-Precious little else because I like what Ducati came up with
