99 Monster 900 Tail Chop Issue...

I've searched pretty hard on here and other forums and have came up empty handed, anyone have any idea's on how to relocate the seat latch cable on a 99 Monster 900, after you've chopped the tail...I would appreciate what ever you have to offer...

there some examples. mines pretty rough. it gets me by until i feel like messing with it.

flip the elbow around so instead of trying to point out the back, it points towards the front.
