I have a Dell Poweredge 2400 server that I used to use, dual P3's, (I think) a gig of ram, and a Mylex hot swap raid array.  It has four 18.2 gig drives and the config for the drives is in hardware, so you can do 0 thru 5.  boot CD and 3.5 floppy too.

$50?

I'd need to wipe the drives first to get all my pr0n off but let me know if you're interested.

I believe the CPUs are 800mhz, not sure.  It has been a while, I was using it for httpd and mail only, and a few lists.  Not sure which Windows/Linux systems it is compatible with, you do your research.  I had Win2k running on it.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro that I use as a doorstop.  It was $2k, state of the art [in 1998].
