nothing too dramatic, following a mate, came upon an intersection, give way, turning left, he went to go, i looked and decided i could get around too, cyclists coming, he didn't see them and propped when he did, i'd already let the clutch out a little and had to swerve to miss him, just caught his right rear muffler and over i went, silly mistake, i should have been more patient but i didn't know where we were or where we were going and wanted to stay close, just not that close!

yep went for a ride thru California/arizona/utah and back............got to LA ....no ducati's for hire ...oh well give me one of those big black things over there....they look different.........


ok so lets get out of town and find some nice roads and a bit of scenery.............

well `the scenery is great but these harleys dont coner like the monster

had a few very comfortable days touring but was itching for a few tight corners and a bit of acceleration......

thats better 30 1000rr's....what could possible go wrong ......now if i can just work out how to change the modes

and the instructors here are quite different to australia



back on the road to monument valley .....rode in like this ...rode out in the snow

yep mines the black Harley in the carpark

i dont feel so bad about a bit of bling now

8 days 3000miles....all safe and fun.....go while the dollar is strong...........all the best Hambo

That's wicked Hambo, what better place to do CSS than in California!
It's funny cause I have been in San Fran for the last 10 days.
Met some of the Ducati MOB here, went for a ride with a few of them last saturday.
I was lucky enough not to need bike rental as there was a spare for me from Desmoquottro, which was very nice of him.

Only did a day ride as I am here with lots of family.  Next time there will be touring done.

Hambo.......that LOVELY green one....(may i call it Kermitt ?).........is soooooo typical USA Harley i feel.......they just don't build em like they used to eh....!   Well, matter of fact...Harley still do  now that i come to think of it.......   "Bro".......
