If I understand this right, you may have issues identifying the FedEx truck.  If that is the case, FedEx can tell which truck was at your location for the time.  They scan every item at delivery and it has location and time.  Highly unlikely two trucks were in that area at the same time.

Thanks for asking!  The MRI shows my shoulder has a
fracture. Now I know why it hurts so much at work
All three elbow bones are bruised so it's still stiff and
swollen but does not hurt.
Still got some scabs but the bleeding finally stopped
Time for new bed sheets

I'm sitting back let my first lawyer not call me so now
I have my moms lawyer not call me to ok him to
call the first one to see what's up. There seems to be some
fierce thumb twiddling going on. 
I've been advised to be patient, but I can't spend
much time at the docs office as I have to work
