OK I've got lodging and tickets buttoned down. Now I need some VIP-ness. I have a new lady friend and she's willing to spend the weekend at the races with me. (boy has my luck tirned around) I can't have this princess sleeping in the dirt with the guys as I had originally planned for me, so up through the roof goes the budget.

She's really nice, pretty too and she likes this old geezer. I want to really impress her, so I'm hoping to find tickets to paddock suites and/or hospitality tent. I know they're un-refundable so anyone out there stuck with a couple passes they're not using, we can help each other out.
Old enough to know better.

Duck-Stew here:  Sadly Dennis Crowley (aka: denbike) passed away 7/13/08 from a heart-attack.  He will be fondly remembered and missed by those fortunate enough to have known him.  Should you find yourself in the greater LA area and happen to be riding the Angeles Crest Hwy (the 2), you may find yourself feeling like you're not riding alone.  Dennis loved the road and when not bombing up it on his Monster, he did so in his Saab Sonnet. God speed my friend. --Stuart

Yeah I saw it. I've learned a lot since this morning. 1800 smackers! I have some money but I'm not exactly rolling in it. (maybe my chances would be better to just give her the cash) Very classy spot though. At this point I'm trying to get Flagroom tickets at about half that price, not quite as nice but at least she won't have to use a porta potty.
