Monster sighting in Houston

I have seen this red Monster a few times, parked on Franklin (I think) in Houston.  Could not stop, enroute to Court.  Looked like some sort of eating establishment it, parked in the street.  Maybe next time I'll have time to stop and admire.  Very clean, and looked nice.  Anyone here?

That would be me. Sometimes there's two of 'em when Matador's there. Come on by whenever you want, we own the cafe it's parked in front of.
