Should the chain be relatively tighter or looser with the new sprocket?

The smaller 14T sprocket should make it looser if you didn't adjust the chain.

One question nobody asked, 520, 525 chain? Which sprocket chain combo as in the afore mentioned?
796 Red Monster(sans ABS)
Viz-Tec Supabrake II
15/41 gearing(AFAM quick change sprocket)
PC V, NEXTUP QS.
