anyone here crashed (get hit) before?
Current ride - Triumph Thruxton (don't hate, Ducs still #1)

I've plenty of crashing, but I'm usually the one doing the hitting.  Do you have a police report?  I'd get that first....

Yup.  As a general rule, don't talk to the other sides' insurance co and don't post about the accident.
