Kit to lower S4R headlight/gauges?

Hey fellas,

Is there a kit available to lower the headlight and gauges on an 2007 S4R?  I remember seeing a few posts about one a while back but wasn't able to find any for sale online.  I am trying to drop everything a few inches to put it closer in-line with the clip-on I added a while back.  Trying to avoid welding/cutting if possible.
