S4R Showa Shock Spring Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the spring from the stock S4R Showa shock? Looks like I need to compress the spring...

Yeah,  you do.  Had mine done by a suspension shop for free and it took them less then a couple minutes.  If they charge you it shouldn't me that much anyways.
Life is never ours to keep, we borrow it and then we have to give it back.
