Only 696 termi kit.. not the full kit?

I just ordered the only racing carbon termignoni kit for the 696. Realized while I was ordering it that the only kit available for the 696 includes only the pipes, ECU and filter not the entire exhaust assembly. Am I crazy or is ducati not offering the full kit for the 696?
