when I say delivered I mean returned to customer after a service . . . even if it "only" was an oil/filter change or a minor check up . .   I would alwayz clean the bike and if it was NOT a service, and cusgomer wanted bike washed, it would cost him . . .$15.00

I'd be asking if they used a pressure washer and if they were going to pull the swing arm to lube the bearings for free if they did.
