Very bad luck. No one did anything wrong, but unfortunately the dominos just lined up real bad. Won't help the garage atmosphere at Ducati though. Race direction deemed it a racing incident so in this strict era it's saying something. One commentator mentioned that corner lends itself to that kind of crash. Looks like a point and shoot method intersects badly with an arcing/sweeping line. Dovi was an unlucky bystander but if he'd made the pass stick he would have been clear. JL did his normal sweeping arc and went up and under Dovi then shut the door but Pedro's foot was already in it. Bloody bad luck all round.
Wow, Pedro got some air. That was a good landing for him as he'd normally be smashed to bits.

That was Miller's 7th top ten in a row. [thumbsup]

It was a really unfortunate occurrence.

It was a desperate pass for Dovi, though Lorenzo's big round lines tend to invite that sort of inside pass.
Jorge should have known that in a fight with more than 2 bikes, if 2 of you leave a door open... very often #3 will gladly oblige, as you're not often handed a 2 for 1.
Pedrosa got caught in the crossfire again.

Didn't Pedrosa profit from just such a deal recently, two guys riding out into the marbles leaving him to run away up the inside?

And he did 3 in a row on the Satellite Honda to start it off, no minor thing all by itself.

Ianonne!

He's not making it easy for Suzuki to push him out. Rines has crashed out of 3 of the 4 races.

Dani is not happy with Race Direction:

Test times from the first in season session at Jerez. Looks like Dani is good to go after that massive high side.

Most teams were working on race setups instead of testing new parts, HRC and KTM being the exceptions.
