CHP on Petaluma-Nicasio Rd

Coming from Petaluma D-st (which becomes Petaluma Nicasio Rd).

CHP officer on this spot is not that unusual.
However, unlike the officers in Ford explorer, this officer on C14 was waiting with Ka band radar turned off.
(Radar detector wouldn't help.)
I assume he had Stalker hand held LIDAR, but when I became visible to him, I was already way below the PSL.
So, he didn't bother measuring my speed.

Anyhow, there's a good reason why they frequently enforce speed limit on this road.
Be careful.
