M695 - various problems

Ok, this will probably be the stupidest question on the board, but like I said, I'm a noob and user manual doesn't help much! I've been searching for the service manual, but so far unable to find it.

So the question is... can I replace alternator cover cap without draining the oil? Just remove two screws and install a new one?

Also, can I replace the clutch and brake reservoir covers without messing something up?

Yes on the first.

On the second, don't pinch the seal/gasket/bellows or strip the threads from over tightening. Level the resi each time to avoid paint damage from a spill. I cover the tank and have a windex bottle of soapy water ready for Murphy's Law.
