tl;dr - I uploaded map, bike runs fantastic

You guys are correct the PC map is just a fuel trim, however using TuneECU I can import it into any map. I've downloaded PC map from dynojet and imported it into OEM map. Pic below shows OEM map just before applying fuel trimps from PC map.

Here's the map compared to my previous "DP" map - note the grey bits are the same on both maps, the rest is different. This is just for one cylinder, no point uploading more pics but you see the difference!

There's a lot more things you can do using TuneECU, such as disabling immobiliser and oxygen sensor, resetting TPS, setting rpm limit,  running various test (fuel pump prime, fans, switches, lights etc). You can read error codes, remove them, read things like manifold absolute pressure, ignition timing, clutch switch and what not. There's a lot of things to check out and it depends on the bike. Everything can be adjusted to your liking so you can create your own fuel map. I decided not to simply because I don't have enough knowledge and equioement, I'll stick to the dynojet map as I'm 100% happy with it.

In the process of uploading the map. After that, I did reset TPS.

I have adjusted idle in the map to let the bike warm up better. All fields are adjustable so rpm can be set to whatever you like in relation to engine temperature. Here's my setting, it drops to 1250 pretty much when the oil temperature is above 50 degrees. It did idle a little bit lower before uploading this map (1150-1200) despite setting it to 1250, now seems to be spot on 1250.
/e: To future readers. Idle adjustement is a no-no for bikes with no stepper motor as it will only add more fuel and not air. Here's the topic where we've had a little conversation about it ;)

And here's my duck :) There's few more things I'm gonna do with it, currently working on clear clutch cover (will pc it black as well), need to wire up smoked tail light with intergrated indicators, hide some wiring better and most importantly, I need to clean it ;D

Thank you guys for all your help and pointing me into right direction, I really do appreciate it!! I know it's best to actually take a bike to dyno and get a custom map. However, doing it this way I was able to disable immobiliser (which is why I did it all in first place), reset TPS, erase old error codes, adjust idle et etc and only costed me £35 for cables and app!

There's no more power loss or bangs through an airbox, it's very smooth even below 3k. I do get ocassional pops from exhaust but they sound healthy. It's perfect!

That is a great outcome, very impressive [thumbsup]. I note the facility there on the right of the screen "Import PCIII//V table" and "Apply Trims", that is great.
What Ducati model range does TuneECU give access to?
