Replaced bulb, now brake light stays on

My wife's 620 had a burned out tail light so I replaced the bulb.  Now the brake light stays on all the time.  I know the brake light sensor worked before because even though the tail light was out, the brake light still worked.  Any ideas?

You probably have the bulb in backwards.  Remove the bulb and loot at the nubs at the base.One is closer to the end than the other.  Look at the socket and you will see the slots correspond.

Exact same thing happened to me.

Bulb i wrong position.  Pull it out.  Rotate it 90 degrees, reinsert.
