Strangely, my situation with State Farm is nearly identical to Dan's. Mine's $336 a year for the 100/300/100 coverage. Have the multi-car, no ticket, blah blah discounts stacked up. Even the one from good grades in high school still remains, because getting A's in metal shop, auto shop, and pottery clearly means I'm a great driver. Renter's insurance is a hundred bucks a year. Got "spun off" into my own policy from my parents', as well.

lol, that sounds familiar...  right down to the ~$100/yr for renter's.  I think my renter's is gonna go up a little, because I need to reassess the value of my firearm collection.  In recent months it may have grown to exceed what the policy covers.

Yeah, I had the Good Student discount while in college, and upon graduation they continue it 'til ya turn 25.  When I turned 25, the drop in my premium due to age was offset by the loss of that discount, so I didn't get an overall drop in rates at 25.  C'est la Vie... just means I was paying the lower rate a lot earlier in life.   ;)

I am curious now... I can't remember the exact annual figure on the Duc, nor can I remember whether I have 100/300 or 250/500.  Gonna have to remember to look those up when I get home tonight.
