Thanks! I went and did some riding yesterday. First real riding since I got busted up. Those roads obviously weren't real technical or anything but I feel a lot more confident now.  [thumbsup]

that's cool, watching yourself ride really helps you improve

I never realized how stiff I was in the saddle until I saw a video of me riding in ouray

it really helped me focus on getting off the seat

it too bad his focus was on your tailight  ;)

it would be nice to see where your head position was at

yeah, i'm gonna try to get him to follow me again and see if he can keep up this time so i can get better video and actually critique myself.


and so there's a better view of my taillight.
