I subscribed to that site in my RSS reader a while back, they have some good footage of doing fairly basic maintenance items that most people don't attempt (like changing tires, swapping steering bearings, installing new chain, etc).

They were pretty enthusiastic for a while, but their videos have been pretty few and far between lately.  Although they did just throw up a new one so I'm hoping they ramp it up a bit.  Maybe with summer just starting to hit in Oz, they'll be on the bikes more.
