My replacement gloves came in yesterday...after I made a call to my retailer, who had to make another call to A*.  I didn't get all the details of the call between my retailer and A*, but it sounds like it wasn't pretty.

As mentioned earlier, I'm done with A*.

A brand new pair of A* GP Plus gloves (size XL) will be in the classified section soon.

I find it amusing that you'll complain about the gloves, and service, then try to sell them to the same people on the same forum.

The first set of those gloves lasted me 5 years.

The service is the real issue.

Next time you buy gloves, get yourself some Helds and you'll never look back.  Their construction and protection is light years ahead of A* and the fit is amazing.

I have a pair of Held Phantoms ,a pair of Held Akiras, a pair of Dainese Metal Racers , 2 pairs of Spidi Pentanes, a pair of A* GP  Pros, and 3 pairs of A* GP Techs and I like them all.

I will agree the Held Pantoms feel the most substantial and protective but not the most comfortable .   Dolph
