Raleigh, NC Dealer Experiences?

I bought both my Ducs from Matison and there sales staff was great and they even gave me a smoking deal on my S4RS. however their service department is horrible they were unable to reset the maintenance reminder on the RS "oh that all us bikes do that" they also dented the tank on the RS when they were prepping it for delivery also took 5 hours to do the prep in there defense the owner gave my wife and I Tshirts and Chris got me a DP tank protector to cover the dent so they rate overall as so so in my book. Barnett's never seems to have very many bikes in stock they also seem a touch high on there prices I plan on taking my bike there for its next service because I am totally over the Matison service department.

+1..they gave you a $75 protector to cover an $1800 make the beast with two backs-up?

at the time it seemed like a good solution to the issue.. to put it in perspective i had just gotten back from 15 months in Iraq and according to my research the only other non tricolors were at FBF. I did get the bike for over 1,000 off MSRP so maybe I'm a sucker but I can live with that I got the bike I wanted.
