Advice on swapping oem pressure plate with aftermarket.

Working on an 07, RS. Is it as simple as: Unscrew the old bolts, remove old pressure plate, replace with new pressure plate, screw and tighten in new bolts and you're done? Do I need to apply Locktight? How tight should I go?  Just being cautious so I don't end up with pressure plate rattling around the cage like a ball of marbles.
