'06 s4r do I need a power commander or ducati chip?

Hey venomousr1993..you got my bike  just posted to you on the other thread I started regarding red/blk stripe S4R...what map did you use?  not sure which pipes those are on your bike but they look really nice, bet they sound great too

Also, where did you get stat that there are only 100 red/blk S4R

PIPES:  QD stainless midpipes and Fresco Slip ons.  The QD stuff is great quality and the Fresco sounds amazing...very loud though.  The quality of the welds and the fit is less than great...I am very picky, but was not impressed with the quality at all!!!

As far as the MAP used, since I have the stock manifolds off the heads we used the European map for :

2003 Ducati Monster S4R European model
Arrow Half System, Catalyzer removed, stock header
Airbox lid removed
Stock or aftermarket air filter

we did some adjusting with the buttons in each rpm range to get as close as possible.  The a/f is still not perfect, but the driveability is SOOOOO much better, especially at low rpms.  Pulls very hard....can't keep the front wheel down at the top rpm of second ...1st..forget keeping the front wheel down(I weigh close to 220)

My husband has been thinking about the quad d...He is also think about a 2008 tri- colour, doesn't have the bike yet but is already thinking mods, Amazing  , I know your reading this Fredy

Need to sell my GSXR1000 so I can pick a Tricolore and 1 up my wife
