ebay smoke led tail light wiring help needed

First off, hi.
I have not posted in a long time.... almost as long as when TOB was being used.
Anyway, I got this here tail light off ebay and it didnt come with a diagram...
Anyone buy this and solve the wiring mess?
I emailed the seller and he/she has not responded.
