I seen this awhile back and didn't think about until I seen were that video  posted I thought this was pretty cool...

Download videos from youtube by typing "OK"

yeah,it's not a joke...

type "OK" between WWW. and youtube...

you can use the word "keep" instead of OK and its currently working...

Adding an OK by itself gives you an .FLV file extension.
You can also add .3.OK to get 3GP extension
or .4.OK for MP4 extension
files out of it.
