New M1100 in Central Jersey

Finally picked up my 09 M1100 last Saturday.  I have wanted a monster since 97 and always came up with an excuse to buy something else.  I now have an 06 GSXR 600 as my dedicated track bike.  So, the timing and price on the leftover 09 was right.   I had mods waiting as soon a I got it home.  Removed the frame stickers, reflectors, and the charcoal can.  Put on frame sliders and and the 14t front sprocket.  Next up Fender eliminator and exhaust.  

What a great bike, so light and comfortable - I'm 5"6".  Decent power, totally different from the gixxer.  I just need to set up the suspension for my style and need to get the exhaust on.  I look forward to sharing pics as she starts to come together.

Pic's coming soon - I just made a custom US plate holder for my Evotech fender eliminator.  Has a similar plate position to the CW kit and the quality of the Evotech.  Looks good.
