Sunday 10/17 ride and Brunch?

I'm organizing a ride this Sunday 10/17 and then ending up at Nourish in Scottsdale for brunch.  Open to suggestions for a route.  Was thinking maybe Globe or the Lake Roosevelt loop.

What do you think?
