To those who were not on the original email blast Zaster put out about a month ago:

Zaster is 'out' for hosting this shin-dig.  HOWEVER! Duc L'Smart is working on assembling the required items which make DitR the bad-ass get together it is.

I have no details beyond this.  Feel free to PM here, or email him.
