Purchased my 1st Ducati in May of this year - 2011 Monster Black 796 and I love it. Had a Harley before but an accident the left me with a tib/fib & butterfly fractures and 5 bones in my foot broke sort of put that motorcycle into retirement.
I live in central Indiana and between working fulltime and going to school fulltime, I do not have the time I would like to ride, so my Monster is more of a commuter bike at this point but hopefully not forever.
There are not a lot of Duc's around me, so I often catch people staring when I am riding to/from class during the day or when I am on an errand around town - that is pretty cool, I love the compliments.
I am not caught up on what you ride, just the you are riding something.
