I just wanted to post this seperately so everyone can see it rather than rely on having to read thru the whole other thread.  I spoke with Jeff Nash today at AMS (he called me) and he apologized for how the whole situation developed. AMS was told erroneously by someone at Duc NA that the labor wasn't going to be paid anymore. That is not the case and Duc NA has confirmed that - this is why I was told what I was told. Jeff said he was sorry this happened and he is making it right (no I'm not getting a 50% discount on a Panigale tricolore  ;D ) with me. They are also replacing my tank this Sat. He could have just shrugged it off but he stepped up to the plate and got involved personally which I give him the  [thumbsup] [thumbsup] for doing.

That sounds more like AMS and Jeff.
I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!
