I'm gonna laugh my ass off if ducati is bought by HD.  Next thing we know, all our Ducs will be covered in chrome (not that there's anything wrong with that, DM) and tassles (who was that again?)

Maybe it's a strategic move to prevent Ducati's meteoric rise in flat track racing...
