I have Lucas solo rear sets on my monster and I'm going to fab some passenger pegs for the girlfriend. So i was wondering if you guys could help me out with a few measurements as i do not have stock rear sets to go off of.

Id like 3 measurements
1. From the passenger handle to the center of the actual passenger peg
2. From the top of the swing arm to the center of the actual passenger peg
3. From the rear engine bolt frame plug to the center of the passenger peg

Please help! and thank you in advance for helping me out  [Dolph]

I have my old sets from a 2004 620(should work) and I can measure them up today... If you post up any drawings you make up haha. Reason is I'm also interested in making a set of passenger pegs and we probably could share some info and help each other out.

this is the only consistant number you'll be able to compare since the rear sets bolt to the motor...the frame point of reference is subject to change due to suspension and similar circumstance with the swingarm....I think your best bet is to have someone measure the rearward and upward positional measurments in comparo to the polit/driver pegs...

just my .02 FWIW

@Stickbow Im down just give me the measurements listed, and even better the new zoom listed and ill get you the info on fabbing them up.
@zoom good point zoom, just trying to get something figured out passenger peg wise, i don't want the passenger being uncomfortable. thanks for your .02 they are worth much more then that!
