Putting S2R 800 back together

So instead of starting thirty threads as I have questions about this process, I'll just have the one.

What I need to do:
Replace forks, hoping to find a deal on ohlins. 
Replace lower triple, dependent on the forks
Replace WHITE rim, must be white, either painted that way or bought, doesn't matter.
Exhaust? maybe just cut the cans off
New headlight

Scratches on tank and windscreen, since its plastic, not essential to a running bike, but sooner or later....
Scratches on clutch cover and other stuff.

The one major concern that I did not notice on the first look over is some scratches on the left side of the frame under the tank where the sticker use to be.  I still need to take it to get estimated and see if there are any tweaks to the frame.  It just looks like paint damage.  The steel isn't dented.  I would just get scratch filler and a new sticker to cover it.
