looks like he's got some masking tape wrapped around the wiring harness under the frame up front.
this is one of those bike that makes you wonder what TRULY has been done to it. seems like it's been laid down â€" and NOT too gently mind you â€" and then repaired with whatever by whomever.

considering my dealer offered me $3500 on trade for my bike (I know it's a bit different), which hasn't been down once, and is in pristine shape, I would definitely pass on this turd.
