1098 S Test Ride

FYI for all interested in riding an incredible motorcycle.
DSC has a crash repaired 1098 S for sale ($12K, 4K mi).  Marchesini, 2x Ohlins, etc
They will let you take it out for a ride if you sign your life away (your break it you buy it).
I took it for a spin Sat through the twisties west of Delano (on Cty 30 ??).  All I can say is WOW!!!!!   
From DSC go west on 12 to Montrose and turn South on 25. Then turn East on 30 and you will hit several fast sweepers (I had to turn around and do them again) before you get back into Delano again. Follow 12 West back to DSC.
What torque, brakes, handling...............  Makes my 900 SS ie a little pale in comparison.
It has been down on the right side and some fairing panels have been replaced. Still some scratches on the tank and foot peg but overall cvery clean.
