Cisco login?

I am helping out my kids school and they have some Cisco hardware -- but no contract for it.

Can someone help out?

I need updated copies of:

Cisco Office Manager
Cisco Unity Express

I created an account, but since I don't have a contract, etc, it won't let me download them.

The school bought the hardware through a vendor that is now out of business.
