what other back protectors will fit my jacket

Ok thought I'd start a different thread instead of hijacking my own other thread.

It has been determined that the A* back protector insert is not the best in the world. At $25 I guess you get what you pay for.

So what other inserts will fit in my A* jacket? has anyone put any other inserts in their jackets?

It is unlikely you will be able to find another brand that will fit the pocket well enough to make it effective.  Every manufacturer is different.

I would recommend wearing a seperate back protector under your jacket as it will provide better coverage and a proper fit instead of trying to jury rig something.

I fit a Dainese wave back protector into my Rev'It jacket.  Although I agree a separate back protector will provide better protection.
