for almost killing you you should be allowed to beat a person within an inch of their life, no questions asked, guarantee if you did that the "witness" would have forgotten everything.

a lot of people in the world deserve a good beat down, i don't care how much church you goto, how much you contribute to charity, how much you are nice to the elderly and children or what sex/race, etc you are.. if you do something this stupid and don't admit your mistake you deserve a good beat down.
