Ducati Performance center stand question.....

Can somebody confirm whether center stand part number 96714202B will fit a 2002 S4 Foggy Monster equipped with Ducati Performance full exhaust? I'm on the fence about purchasing this item because I'm unsure of it's fitment. Thanks for any info.
