Does anyone have the front carbon fender for the 696 yet?  I ordered mine a month ago and still waiting  .  If anyone has heard whne it might be in please let me know.

No idea, but there are several places that sell aftermarket ones, or rather 1098 fenders that will fit the 696...check out motowheels.

We put the 1098 fender on at first and now have the diversion front fender which is more similar looking to the 696 stock fender. We ended up having to trim around the fork tube but overall a simple install. Any superbike fender should work with possibly a little modifcation. Otherwise we have the 696 fenders coming in hopefully a month or so.
