I've got the tank skins off and it looks as if  the fuel tank needs to be removed or just moved to access the battery terminals. What should I look out for in doing this. I'm guessing fuel lines and some wiring but this is new to me so any suggestions would be appreciated. Also I thought it would be a good run through when I install the ecu and air filter when the Termis come in. Just ordered them today. Thanks

I've done this install last week.

Remove the three tank mount bolts, slide the tank down off of the side pins, there is some slack in the dual fuel lines to carefully turn the tank side ways and rest it on the sub-frame rails. You will have direct access to the battery.
If possible have a friend keep a hand on the tank so that it does not slip off by accident and yank off the fuel lines. also line the frame and sub-frame with some rags to prevent scratches from the tank mount brackets.

Thanks donald, I got to the point where I had the pins out and could move the tank and then realized this should be done when the tank is empty or close to it.
