As each new song popped up, I was delighted to find American Tune, as well as a fun Beatles cover, and this one came on - from the first lines, I knew the song, but couldn't place it until about halfway through. Yesterday I learned that Donald Duck Dunn recently died while on tour in Japan.  He was 70. It is likely most of you don't know who he was.  After all base players seldom become famous.  He was one of the most accomplished musicians of the last half of the 20th century.  He played with Booker T and the MGs and layed down the grove on the best R&B instrumental of all time.
